Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation Policy: YOUR DEPOSIT GOES TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE TOTAL. If you Cancel or No call/ No shows less than 24 hours of your appointment time your $50 deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you have a package and cancel or no show less than 24 hours of your appointment you will forfeit a session. We do have a 15 minute grace period. Anything after that has not been communicated may result in cancellation.
